hi! im karen rose from Philippines.
i will graduate from highschool this march 27.
but im worried i can not pursue my college because of financial problem.

Normally, some scholarships may be available but they tend to be very competitive and based on academic achievement. Some universities offer 'scholarships' for international students who apply to join their courses - but these are really just discounts off the tuition fees. Here are some tips:
